Audit Tool for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

Audit Tool Overview:

·          Audit any record in Microsoft CRM – including new custom entities

·          Simple tick box user interface; just choose the record and fields you want to audit

·          Ability to see current and previous values for the changed record

·          Reports are created automatically, with the date range choice options

·          Tracks ownership changes if the Owner attribute is selected.

·          Tracks actions on the selected entities and fields: Create, Update and Delete

·          Audit records are fully compliant with CRM, and multi tenancy is also supported

·          Auditing is controlled through CRM security roles

·          Tracked changes remain even if the record is deleted.

Choosing the record and the fields to be audited is easy, and as you add new fields or new entities, these are made available automatically within the audit tool.
